Sales Administration Sr Assoc

Description:
Responsible for case-specific sales support processes. Interacts with underwriting in coordinating rate quotes, with brokers to help manage flow of proposal packages and quotes, and with client groups in resolving daily service issues.Responsible for the daily operations of sales support services.
Manage Commercial Sales Process: Ensure that RFP information entered into Aristotle is timely, accurate and complete for all presale requests.
Fully complete and send the quote request form to underwriting.Coordinate administrative presales activities supporting new business and existing business.
Determine which work orders are necessary, completes and distributes these work orders in a timely fashion (Includes RSU, Geo Access, rate request form, proposal support form).
Completes all data input of sales/financial data and is responsible for data integrity.
Produces ad-hoc reports at request of Sales Management Team.
Responsible for creating proposals as needed using an automated proposal generator tool..

Qualifications:
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently and manage, prioritize and work on numerous projects at one time.
Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure while anticipating the needs of the customer and/or business partner and understanding the consequences of actions.
Strong computer based technical skills in spreadsheet and database management.
