Sales Administrative Assistant

Overview:
Serves as administrative assistant in our sales and marketing department, assist sales within WalkerCom ensuring marketing plans and programs impact both short and long term sales goals. This candidate will be responsible for customer service,business etiquette assisting with creating, managing and delivering comprehensive marketing plans, sales tools and programs that addresses needs of WalkerCom?s indirect sales channels. Will work closely with the telemarketing and inside outside Ssles staff.

Ensure customer satisfaction, prepare client quotes with effective follow up methods. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Excellent organizational skills



 

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree a plus 3-5 years experience working in channel or business to business marketing is requiredExperience in telecommunications and related channels for small-medium business segment is a plus. Previous experience will demonstrate a broad knowledge of developing marketing plans and sales tools This position requires excellent writing skills. Relationship building and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications is a must. Individual must be self motivated and detail oriented. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.

Maintain customer database, prepare sales presentations, update management by analyzing and consolidating daily sales and action summaries. Accomplish department and organization mission by completing relatated results as needed. team player, attention to detail, Professionalism a must.
