Sales Administrative Associate

Summary of Responsibilities;

Assist in scheduling and communicating times/dates of training sessions, webinars, and training sites etc..

Book meetings through Travel and Transport agency.


Order supplies, brochures, applications, forms, software, etc, as needed for PCS' and managers.

Track attendance, Life and IMSA annual training, manager's life licenses and other established IMSA processes.

 

Principal Responsibilities;

Read, interpret and disseminate life underwriting messages to PCS' and managers. Trouble shoot when necessary (e.g., lost payments, missing underwriting documentation, commission problems). Once life underwriting messaging is available to the agents directly, this task will be replaced by data entering life applications

 

Required Competencies;

Develop relationships with PCS' and local MetLife partners. Assist in pairing up PCS' with ADG partners.


Compile & report monthly life sales per agent, per market. Report quarterly results per agent per REP cycle to home office operations department.



Retrieve data from Texas Life, eMA and LICU as needed.



Communicate important life and other financial service related product/process changes via email, quarterly newsletter, or sales promotion.



Maintain and update list of important financial service addresses and phone numbers plus periodic review of Life Sales Manual.



Assist in writing articles and editing quarterly Life Lines bulletin.



Assist in the creation of Power Point training presentations

---Life, DI, human life value, life underwriting, application completion, cross-buying techniques, tried and true sales and marketing strategies, time management/how to business planning, creating a culture of excellence, recruiting, etc
