Sales Administrator
SUMMARY:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible to function as a resource for the sales team participating in onsite, internet and teleconference meetings when necessary. Develop relationships with company's Customers who host site visits. Maintains the pulse of potential Client activity and communicate information to appropriate company personnel. Promotes collaboration and acts as a facilitator for the Sales Team in regards to strategic selling and all documentation. Maintains sales database and produces timely reports.

Ability to build an atmosphere of trust and openness between the sales teamExceptional customer service, communication, presentation and interpersonal relationship skills required 5-10 years of experience in Sales AdministrationProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point5% travel requiredPossesses strong time management and organization skillsAbility to put together written reports, power-point presentations High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions requiredAbility to monitor and track the progress of an action planExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong understanding of the Internet and ability to use Internet softwarePreferably an understanding of Sales LogixWorks well within the team structureMust be self motivated
EDUCATION:High School Diploma is requiredSome College requiredMinimum of five years of Sales Administration experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate site visits with potential Customers, including arranging travel, transportation and meal arrangements, agendas and site visit books and arranging the schedules of needed company personnel. Handling thank you lunches for the sites hosting the visits.Calling potential prospects to measure their interest in the company products.Maintain Sales Logix Database, including weekly reports to the Executive team.Coordinating reference calls with company reference sites.Maintain current Customer contacts for reference sites.Update and maintain Sales Calendars and travel schedules.Handle most of the communication to the sales team, including version updates, trade shows, successes and site visit feed back.Coordinate Trade Shows.Responsible for mailing Customers and potential Customers information, thank you cards and cookies.Maintain shared Sales FoldersGenerate sales leads through internet and database searches and report them to the sales team.
