Sales Administrator ( Administrative Assistant )

The maker of Absorbine products is looking for an individual with 2-5 years experience in a sales environment who can come in and do whatever it takes to get the job done in a fast paced role where the priorities are constantly shifting. 

 

Duties include:  managing the VP?s calendar, email, travel arrangements, correspondence and presentations; acting as the hub for the outside sales force by processing leads and mailings, creating presentations and preparing sales reports; updating and maintaining the sales and marketing databases; coordinating marketing activities by interacting with outside vendors; and coordinating tradeshows.
