Provides administrative support by maintaining personnel files/systems (timesheets, requisitions, terminations, employee evaluations and files), maintaining Adonis security and titles (OPID's for new hires, terminations, re-instatements) and responding to branch office facilities needs.

Provides sales support by developing/updating various sales/end-of-month reports/spreadsheets, regional broadcast e-mails, sales promotions tracking, preparing sales presentation slides, processing free freight requests/DC changes and distributing special pricing renewals to area/branch managers.

Provides general support by arranging/coordinating travel/itineraries, training schedules and records, conference calls, monitoring equipment (cell phones, PC's, business cards, company cars), processing expense reports/check requests, arranging conference calls/regional meetings and ordering office supplies.
?
Responds to internal/external/customer inquiries by answering telephones, taking/directing messages and meeting/greeting visitors.
Basic Qualifications Required:
Autorization to work in the US

Additional Qualificaitons Preferred:
Office administration experience.? Strong verbal, written, organization, multi-tasking and analytical skilla. Professional etiquette, sense of urgency and a team mentality.
