Sales Assistant

SPL Integrated Solutions an AV systems integration and service company seeks a Sales Assistant to assist the sales team in its Redmond, WA location.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

-proposal preparation

-prepare pre-qualification paperwork

-prepare mass mailings

-data entry (customer information and pricing)

-prepare letters

-stocks and organizes all marketing materials

Minimum Qualifications:

-Great Communication, Organizational and Written Skills

-Excellent planning/prioritizing skills

-Proficient in Word and Excel

Experience:

Working with Sales professionals in a fast paced environment.

Compensation offered is commensurate with experience and includes a terrific benefits package with medical, dental, life insurance, short and long term disability, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401k plan.
