Sales Assistant; Global Manufacturing/Design Co.- DIRECT HIRE!!

"KellyDirect" is the direct hire/permanent placement division of Kelly Services.

Currently, one of our customers is seeking a Sales Assistant to add to their team. This innovative company manufactures and designs a unique, cutting-edge product. The company has experienced 250-300% growth per year since 2002! This position will include assisting and supporting the sales team; working with clients; and processing orders.



OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Has at least 2 years of college; a degree is preferred
* Has excellent verbal & written communication skills; and strong mathematical skills
* Has strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Database, Internet
* Has 1-3 years of relevant experience


RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
* Assist Manager and staff with special projects such as trade shows, promtions, advertisements, public relations, etc.
* Assist General Manager with administrative support
* Take sales-related phone calls; interact with clients
* Enter product orders into computer system
* Coordinates travel arrangements/appointment schedules for sales reps
* Prepare product shipping requests based upon sales orders
* Other misc. administrative responsibilities
