Bluegreen Corporation area golf course community is seeking a Part-Time Sales Coordinator/Receptionist for the sales center.

 

Job Synopsis:

 Update the internal customer visitation log daily and provide accurate reports to the STARS Coordinator about those logs.Responsible for guest and phone reception.Monitoring and retaining adequate sales office supplies.Additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager.Review contracts as they come in and prepare in folder for the Office Manager.

 

 

Qualifications:The minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year related experience required. Computer literate with the flexibility to deal with ever-changing situations. People skills a must, neat appearance, phone skills, and data entry required.Detailed oriented with good people skills. Competitive salary.Part-time including nights and weekends.
