Sales Coordinator

BD&A has a great opportunity for an individual looking to develop a prosperous career in sales, by playing a critical role in extending the brands of prominent companies. This person will be able to gain experience in all aspects of account maintenance, while providing promotional product solutions to client requests. It is important that this person be a quick, strategic thinker who can do what it takes to ensure repeat business.

Salary DOE + great benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as liaison between clients, company and vendors

- Produce orders from start to finish for top named clients.

- Conduct creative research to identify innovative new products.

- Work closely with creative team to coordinate artwork

- Update and Maintain production schedules for multiple, deadline driven projects

- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of merchandise to customers

Qualifications:

- Advertising specialty industry(ASI) experience preferred

- Top-notch customer service skills

- Strong ability to negotiate

- Detail oriented with strong organization and administration skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
