 Coverage *Cover receptionist?s lunch-break Cover front desk for in-a-pinch situations (only if prior commitments will allow)?this would be at the request of the Designer/Salesperson whose showroom day it is, not a resource to be relied upon by our Admin. Staff.Run errands Having large, multiple copies made *Shuttling items to or from job-sites, client?s homes, vendors? facilities when not getting that done may adversely affect the timeliness or profitability of a job *Gather any missing information from job-sites Librarian *Maintaining/installing/trouble-shooting Design Software upgrades Maintaining Main Product library? create an accessible catalogue cross-referencing manufacturers, suppliers, reps, contact information, multipliers and most recent pricing updates. Maintain the product spec books of all Design/Sales people, inserting pricing updates and changing multipliers and freight charges as required. Maintain Showroom Alert Mike to any needed repairs Keep showroom tidy/organize/put away samples as needed Catalogue samples and check regularly for completenessDirect Support (listed in order of level of required skill-set) Assist in job-site measures *Illustrate Product Specifications *Detail/Refine designs for presentation purposes such as adding moldings & decorations or ?doctoring? printed perspectives Suggested lighting plans Tile design/wet-wall drawings *Draw As-Builts in 20-20 and/or Chief Architect Check Acknowledgements Create ?preliminary? pricing (do data entry) for cabinetry layouts (to be later refined by Designer/Salesperson)

Qualifications

 Drafting experience Proficient in 20-20 and/or Chief Architect Must be able to work 40 hours per week during regular business hours. Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation which will be used to and from office as well as job-oriented errands. Must be able (and maintain ability) to work at a combination of desk, computer and drafting board for the duration of the regular workday. Must be able to ?switch gears? between deadline-driven work and long-term projects when appropriate without prompting. Must be comfortable working with computers as well as hand drafting. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Must be able to climb one flight of stairs while carrying 50 lbs.
