Summary: Provides administrative support to off-site VP and General Manager of Sales and his business unit. Work requires some analysis and use of intiative and impendent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information. Must be highly dependable, seasoned professional, and able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Ability to coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, including recording and transcribing of meeting minutes.
? Full event planning for Quarterly Regional Sales meetings, National Sales Meetings, and Presidents' Club.
? Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
? Compose or create presentation materials using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Handles highly confidential material relevant to company operations.
? Assist in department budget preparation and management.
? Screen and prioritize all incoming mail and telephone calls, arrange conference calls.
? May conduct various special projects including but not limited to department budget preparation and management.
? Strong organizational skills
? Provide back up support to Receptionist as needed.

Education/Experience:
? Bachelors Degree(A. A.) a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Six to Ten years of experience providing administrative support to a sales executive.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
? Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures; knowledge of international protocol desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have working knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet software. Professional appearance and presentation. Able to handle highest-level confidential information. Detail oriented.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Advanced working level knowledge of MS Office suite and Visio are required, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, ect?
