TradePoint/Kewill Trade and Logistics, a leading provider of innovative software technologies and services for the International Freight Forwarding, Custom House Broker and Export Compliance market has an immediate opening for an energetic Sales/Marketing Administrator. The Sales/Marketing Administrator is responsible for the overall administrative support of the Sales and Marketing Departments. We are looking for an individual who will walk in the door as a key member of our Sales/Marketing team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is looking for the challenges of working in a fast paced environment. Interested candidates should have a strong desire to learn and grow within our organization. A brief outline of the responsibilities and qualifications are noted below.
Here is a sample of the responsibilities for someone working in this position:
1. Process all contracts through the defined company processes, including:
a) Ensuring contracts are complete before forwarding for approval
b) Following up with customers for deposits and signatures.
2. Maintain ownership of the internal imaging software including suggested improvements and utilizing imaging editor for making necessary changes.
3. Maintain ownership of teleconferencing and WebEx tools, including, but not limited to: setting up the tools for company meetings, training employees on the use of the tools, approving the monthly invoice, etc.
4. Maintain ownership of the corporate cell phone plan, including, but not limited to, researching opportunities for corporate needs, for domestic and international, approval of monthly invoice, etc.
5. Maintain ownership of the HP relationship as it relates to goldkey and vms support renewals.
6. Maintain ownership of the assigned responsibilities regarding the pricer (the tool utilized by the sales reps to quote/price contracts) ? Thorough knowledge of MS Excel required.
7. Various Marketing responsibilities

Qualifications/ Requirements
? Associates Degree.
? Minimum of two years of related administrative experience.
? Strong Organizational Skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Professional, customer oriented telephone demeanor and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Ability to multi-task.
? Self-starter; take charge individual.
? High energy level.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
