We are searching for a professional, outgoing Sales Operations Assistant to bring a positive attitude and can-do outlook to our Frederick, MD office. In this fast-paced role, you would support the sales team with administrative and marketing needs. This is a great position that offers valuable experience, an ideal location, and opportunity for advancement.


 


Primary responsibilities include:



Providing operational support for the sales team


Routing sales files


Managing community e-mail

Ensuring accurate information for each case and obtaining missing information from brokers



Excellent professionalism and communication skills are essential to this role. A background in data entry is highly preferred. A clerical background and phone-based customer service experience is ideal. Computer proficiency is a must.
