Geneva Watch Group a leader in the manufacturing of Watches and Clocks is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for its Clock Department located in Warren, MI.  This position is temporary with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.  The position is currently located in Canton, MI.

 

Responsibilities Include:Manage JDE and manual orders. Work with Hong Kong office on product pricing, product delivery and customer specific requirement for product. Create and update product catalogs. Create monthly reports: Inventory Status, Outstanding Orders, Gross Margin, and Sales Analysis. Item Master set-up and maintenance on all new and existing products. Verify pricing and freight preferences on orders. Responsible for SKU# and item cross reference set-up. Issue work orders and provide production staff with all necessary supplies and details. Issue return authorizations. Maintain back order status. Process sample orders. Manage customer information files.



Experience Required:JDE experience preferred Bachelor?s Degree or 5 years related experience Extensive experience in Excel to include pivot table and macro formulas Experience in Microsoft Word
