Sales Operations Representative

The Dealix Sales Operations Representative provides clerical, organizational, and marketing material distribution support to our growing Sales Department. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, this position requires proven time-management skills and the ability to multi-task. Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow and gain more experience in the sales and marketing field.

Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Operations Lead with implementation of new accounts.
Assist the Sales Operations Lead will overseeing and tracking all contractual changes to current account base.
Track and report department metrics.
Schedule all Sales department training.
Assist Marketing group with Referral Program.
Assist Marketing group with lead tracking.
Coordinate escalation process for customer quality issues.
Coordinate and present internal department survey and queries.

Required Skills


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point), with particular emphasis on Excel.
Proven time management skills.
A team player who takes initiative and is independantly motivated but who can also follow directions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
