Position:  Sales Order Entry Specialist

Location: San Francisco

 

 



Responsibilities:

? Work together with the Sales team to enter orders into the CRM system and/or review orders which have already been entered to ensure that the information is complete, accurate and in compliance with Company policy

? Ensure that subscriptions are properly renewed and/or canceled in accordance with the terms of the agreement with the customer. Research outstanding invoices and/or payments made and the effect on a current transaction

? Work with the Sales team to help generate quotes for customers

? Serve as an extension of the Sales team to answer questions from customers regarding contract terms, billings and payments

? Function as a liaison between Sales and Finance to resolve order entry issues for complex arrangements

 

Qualifications:

? At least 3 to 5 years experience in sales operations with experience working Ason Order Entry systems

? Ability to work effectively with internal customers to fulfill orders and meet deadlines

? Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated to ensure accuracy

? Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

? Familiarity with generating Sales Orders and understanding customer contracts

? Experience with CRM systems
