Sales Process Coordinator
Summary: Coordinates flow of work within or between sales and engineering to expedite processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Oversee all phases and processes associated with Sales and Engineering. Interact with Sales/Engineering team to ensure smooth and accurate handoff of job documents to the Operations Department. Assist in inputting data from Sales/Engineering team accurately into Excel spreadsheets.Assemble submittal documents and Operations and Equipment Manuals as required. Coordinates proposal process, secure quotes for costs and materials, insures submittals are on schedule Assists with special projects, as necessary.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software (very strong with macros in Excel); Accounting software; Inventory software; Internet software; Order processing systems and Project Management software. Experience with Auto Cad, File Maker Pro and Web Ex are preferred.
