Sales Support Admin
Seeking three Administrative Assistants that has either supported a sales team or a VP of Sales in a corporate sales office setting this requirement is NON NEGOTIABLE!
Some other duties of this position are:
*Compile daily, weekly and monthly sales forecaset, booking and revenue reports.
*Reconcile and analyze reports for accuracy.
*Track, reconciles and reports all forecast, booking and billing numbers for sales managers.
*Validates accuracy of information.
*Maintains accuracy of reports and lead tracking systems.
*Research and report all discrepancies in sales figures.
*Process and track all sales orders.
*Act as liason between sales, allocations, finance and shipping t ensure orders are booked, shipped and billed correctly.
*Coordinates, plans and particpates in sales manager meetings and concalls. Prepares presentations for sales meetings.
*Arrange conference calls, schedule meetings and assist with travel arrangements and general office maintenance, including phone coverage, maintaining customer order files, organizational charts and phone list
