Sales Support Administrator

Provide a variety of administrative support functions for our Sales Processing Unit by ensuring that new applications contain all required information; ensuring that all incoming Paramed mail is cross-referenced and monies received are noted; creating folders for the New Business/Underwriting Departments; monitoring the status of applications, keeping agents apprised, and tracing missing information on spreadsheets; assisting Sales Agents with Intertask follow-ups; and communicating with appropriate parties to obtain necessary documentation.

Requirements: High School or equivalent; knowledge of and experience with life insurance application and sales processes; ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with both internal and external customers; ability to work effectively within a Team environment; ability to meet deadlines and objectives as directed. Must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Ingenium, and Bull computer applications.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., overtime required as needed.
