Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:? Sales order processing and follow-up;communicating order status and following up on order issues with dealers and sales staff;processing new account applications and paperwork for dealer product line acquisitions; maintains customer, fax and website databases; processes literature/pricing requests, mailings; creates and maintains monthly sales and activity spreadsheets in Excel; filing and reconciliation of source documents; other general sales support duties as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years administrative support experience required; prior experience with sales support and/or customer service strongly desired.? Consumer electronics industry experience is a plus.? Must possess strong customer service skills, solid analytical/problem solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Must be detail oriented, and bale to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking sales environment.? Strong skills/experience with MS Office required.
