Primary responsibilities include:



Creating in-house reports (including gathering and compiling statistics for sales staff and customers)


Analyzing turnaround times and other quality assurance issues


Assisting with administrative duties


Addressing requests for proposals (RFP)


Updating presentations for sales staff and assisting with presentations as needed 



The chosen candidate must have strong reporting and analytical knowledge, in addition to exceptional communication skills. Prior sales administration/coordination experience is preferred, and actuarial experience will be valuable. A background in customer service is ideal. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Computer proficiency is needed. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
