Sales Support Deduction Supervisor

Acosta, North America's largest full-service sales and marketing agency providing outsourced sales, merchandising, marketing and promotional services to manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods industry, is currently seeking a Sales Support Deduction Supervisor for our office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced supervisor for our promotional deduction management area. Position involves leading an administrative team that codes and clears promotional invoices, processes a high volume of check requests and provides customer service to our clients.

Qualifications
Requires minimum of 3 years proven success with hiring, training, coaching, supervising & performance evaluations for a minimum of 6 or more direct reports. Prefer a business degree with experience in a wholesale food or broker environment. If you have the ability to motivate and lead, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Excel and strong organizational skills.
