Sales Support Representative

Sager Electronics, a growing, fast paced electronics distribution company is seeking a full time Sales Support Representative for its Solon, OH sales office.  Candidates must have 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, solid computer skills, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.  Must be able to take initiative and be a team player.  Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Objectives:

 

? Assist sales staff by supporting areas related to sales and customer service in order to maintain and grow Sager?s business.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

? Provide sales staff with timely and accurate response to requests for pre-expediting and order maintenance information.

? Understand Sager?s sales, purchasing, warehouse and computer system.

? Assist sales staff with quotation preparation and response.

? Develop product/customer knowledge through customer and vendor interaction.

? Handle overflow of customer calls as necessary.

? Perform order process/maintenance functions as requested.

 

Skills & Requirements:

 

? Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

? Ability to function professionally under pressure

? Experience using PeopleSoft preferred

? Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes

? Proven organizational and interpersonal skills

? Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks

? Administrative skills

? Strong attention to detail

? Individual and team work ethic
