Sales Support Secretary

ICC a manufacturer of structured cabling products for voice and data network solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Support Secretary. Our company has a professional, fast paced and dynamic work environment.

 

DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and detailed oriented Sales Support Secretary to be responsible for assisting Regional Managers and other sales staff with administrative sales support activities. This position also acts as a back up for the Customer Care Representatives. 

Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assignedPrepares quotations and correspondence for customersGenerate and prepare reports for Sales RepresentativesAdvises customers of new products, programs and concession savingsCommunicates with customers by phone, fax or email

 

QualificationsStrong analytical, data entry and telephone skillsExperience with an enterprise order entry and customer contact software systemMust be very proficient in Word and ExcelMust have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHigh School graduate and 1-2 years experience in a related role

 

We offer a $13.50/hr wage and a benefits package that includes medical benefits, 401(k) savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO) and credit union privileges.

 

Work hours:  Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Job location: Cerritos, CA near the 5 and 91 freeways
