Sales Support Specialist

1 Year Assignment

Fort Washington, PA

Job Description:
Performs a variety of client support functions designed to enhance Sales volume with emphasis on the creation, assembly and distribution of Submittal Drawings and O & M Manuals.
Acts as a liaison with other C of E staff, customers, channel partners and Sales Engineers.
Performs some order/project management activities.

Responsibilities:
Creates, assembles and distributes Submittal Drawings and O&M Manuals.
Ensure reproductions of above documents are done in a consistent and standard format.
Works with vendors to ensure all Siemens standards and guidelines are being adhered to.
Tracks and measures all Submittal and O&M related metrics.
Works with Sales Engineers and Sales Support to ensure that all technical requirements are met for Submittals and O&Ms
