Our growing department is in need of a an energetic, proactive professional with excellent communication skills to support our VP and sales team. You would enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, including calendaring, processing expense reports, assisting with proposal requests, managing data, assisting with requests for marketing materials and creating presentations and brochures. Additionally, it’s a great learning opportunity for anyone interested in marketing or sales.
Administrative experience is required. Any background in a sales or marketing environment would be a strong asset. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate superior communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of and/or experience with a sales tracking systems is a huge plus!
