Surveylab is a young New Zealand based firm with an exciting future that has secured sales within a key market segment in the US with its geospatial intelligence tool ike.
Due to the market growth we now require an enthusiastic Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator with a good proven track record in logistics management, shipping and product inventory management and a functional understanding of Quickbooks Software for general bookkeeping. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity to join our expanding and dynamic US team.
This is an Intermediate level Logistics Management role primarily tasked with inventory management for import and export control (shipping and paperwork, etc.), tracking of units that are released for customer demonstration and trial, liaison bookkeeping with our US accounting team and the New Zealand general bookkeeping and invoicing. Travel is not anticipated with this position.
To succeed in this role you will ideally have:
? A high level of logistics management skills including a working knowledge of inventory planning and shipping processes, and a working knowledge of import/export documentation.
? Excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills.
? Additional qualification in Quickbooks.
? Experience in Logistics and Shipping Management of significant accounts over a minimum period of 2 years.
The salary package is likely to suit candidates with 2-3 years sales experience seeking to move up a slot and improve their career opportunities
