Sales & Service Consultant

Responsibilities include:

?  Generate leads from new customer contacts

?  Demonstrate use of product to prospective buyers

?  Serve as a consultant and product knowledge expert to potential buyers

?  Contact customers to set delivery and/or service appointments

?  Establish efficient delivery/service routes for Mobility Managers

?  Accountable for the schedules of 1-8 Mobility Managers

?  Acquire and retain strong product and industry knowledge

?  Ensure all documentation is completed accurately in accordance with the IFR

?  Product assembly

?  Answer phones and route calls as appropriate

?  Create and maintain daily spreadsheet

?  Prepare customer paperwork for daily routes

?  Inventory control/General Clerical Duties

?  Provide support to field personnel

?  Excellent computer skills a must

?  Run reports, compose and type various correspondence and documents as directed

?  Understand Medicare reimbursement procedures and legalities to help determine qualification policies

?  Daily tracking and communication of cash leads

?  Assist and support the Sales and Service Center in any function required.

 

Required Qualifications:

?Read and comprehend simple correspondence; read and interpret less straightforward material such as activity reports, procedure manuals, and non-standard letters

?Write simple correspondence as well as more complex material such as progress reports, detailed forms, procedures and non-standard letters and memos

?  Apply moderately complex mathematical equations as applicable.  (For example: calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume, and applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry)

?  Using spreadsheet, database, word processing and financial software to enter, edit and retrieve data.

?  Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

?  Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills

?  Must be motivated self-starter

?  Strong organizational skills

?  Familiarity with mobility and durable medical equipment a plus

?  Bilingual helpful

?  Excellent organizational and self management skills

?  Minimal travel required

?  Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant interruptions

?  Must be multi-tasked

?  Ability to lift 75 pounds (lifting, bending & twisting)

?  Exceptional attendance a must

 

Education and/or Experience:

One to two years of demonstrated success in sales position.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Driver?s license and proof of clean driving record
