We?re looking for a Sales & Office Administration Associate. We seek a motivated, self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want a top-notch individual to help run sales, marketing, and business development support efforts at this IT consulting firm. Must be smart, quick, savvy, personable, and flexible. Must take direction well, and be a team player. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail-oriented and creative, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, and have strong follow up skills. The successful candidate will be adaptable to a changing business environment and possess the ability to communicate with all levels of individuals with the utmost professionalism. Must be able to prioritize projects, manage workflow, and anticipate needs.  The successful candidate will manage multiple tasks and personalities daily. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to bring value to the organization, while growing professionally because of high-level exposure to the creation of marketing campaigns, sales processes, and business development efforts.

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide basic administrative support to various management and sales staff

- Schedule and coordinate Client and/or Executive meetings and schedules

- Cover reception/operator duties during breaks and vacations

- Assist with office and facilities maintenance and processes

- Maintain marketing databases

- Assist with marketing support such as trade shows, mailings, advertising and promotions

- Prepare and edit documents, proposals, and presentations

- Coordinate mailings, faxes, color presentation printing and binding

- Assist with meeting and event planning and execution.

- Do research on as ?As-need? basis

 

Requirements:

- 1-4 years relevant experience, preferably in a sales environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- High attention to detail

- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to interact professionally with all levels within an organization

 

 

Salary:

To 35K DOE
