Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling Coordinator Description: Are you an experienced, efficient administrative assistant who has supported recruitment or human resources staff? We are looking for a detail-oriented, take-charge individual who will be comfortable dealing with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. You will be working with several recruiters to coordinate the scheduling of candidates they have contacted. You will assist in coordinating interview logistics, making travel arrangements, and reserving conference rooms.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative support role within a Human Resources or recruitment setting. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be a key in helping recruiters meet and achieve project goals! Excellent software skills required, particularly to schedule calendars in MS Outlook. Must have very good verbal and written communication skills, be able to think outside the box and develop pro-active solutions.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 Hourly DOE
