The Scientist Sr. will primarily be responsible for conducting experiments and supervising work on herbicide tolerance trait projects and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Work will involve whole plant, biochemical and molecular characterization of plants for the desired trait.



 



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


 


? Ph.D., Plant Biology, Weed Science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the appropriate disciplines.
? Strong background in molecular biology techniques, biochemistry and whole plant physiology.
? Demonstrated ability in working as part of a team and effectively communicating, both verbally and written, with personnel at variety of skill levels.
? Proven track record of successfully meeting project deadlines and team/individual goals.
