Job Responsibilities:

- Effectively process a high volume of incoming and outgoing US and other priority mail.
- Efficiently process a high volume of incoming and outgoing fax according to instructions.
- Accurately complete a high volume of copy jobs according to job ticket instructions.
- Communicate on a timely basis with clients and managers on job or deadline issues.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
- Perform quality check on jobs completed.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year office service experience, preferably in the legal or investment banking industry.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Prioritize projects and manage workflow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills a plus.
