Description
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is in the process of relocating a substantial portion of its business to Durham, NC. Join us in our new facility as a Secretary of our CPCAF Peer Review Program, and help us grow.
The Secretary for the CPCAF Peer Review Program helps support the administrative function of a preeminent peer review program that monitors the quality of a firm?s accounting and auditing practice. The secretary will work under the Administrative Supervisor and Administrative Assistant and will be primarily responsible for typing, copying, filing, and other related tasks.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative assistance to a 7 person team; Copy, assemble, mail, and fax peer review documents and packages, forms, letters, working papers, and other items; Perform typing, scanning, and distribution functions; Maintain files; Assist other administrative staff with data input, spreadsheet development, and other computer-based projects; Monitor the peer review program?s hotline for technical and administrative questions; Manage supplies inventory; Perform special projects on an as-needed basis.
RequirementsExperience providing administrative support; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Strong organizational skills; Pleasant and professional to work with, including courteous phone manner; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Strong verbal and written communication skills.
