We are currently searching for a full time secretary/receptionist. Duties include receptionist and secretarial tasks, e.g., answering incoming calls, routing and message taking, greeting and assisting visitors. Additional duties involve some word processing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, faxing, copying, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, etc.

Requirement: A Bachelors Degree; 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment; proficiency with MS OFFICE tools; good writing and communication skills. US citizenship is required.
