Secretary up to $30K

Job Description: Immediate need for an executive secretary seeking to work for a stable, well known company. A dependable, hard working and fast paced professional will be key attributes to success. Will be responsible for assisting and organizing the office administratively. Will be answering phones. Need a quick thinker who will take their job and run with it. An independent worker with little supervision. Duties include correspondence, computer work, organizing the department, planning, typing, filing, faxing, and acting as the liaison between the company customers. Qualified candidate will possess superior customer service skills and a hard working attitude. As well, one needs to be extremely organized, able to take direction, learn quickly, multi-task and be open to working late sometimes (will be compensated for OT). Someone who can take information in once and apply it. Financial Industry experience is a plus, however not required. Please attach resume in MS Word for consideration.
