Pilgrim's Pride is seeking a Security Support Technician for our Pittsburg TX location. This position will be responsible for creating Security related accounts and assigning Security accesses, including, but not limited to, NT Security, SAP Security, Internet accounts, VPN and IPass accounts. In addition, it will serve as first level support for Security related issues, resolving lower level issues and assigning other issues to second or third level support partners, as required.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating new, approved, NT User Accounts, and assigning respective accesses, when clearly defined.
2. Creating new, approved, SAP R/3, BW, APO, HR R/3, HR BW, CRM, XI, xRPM, and SOLMAN User Accounts in Sandbox, Development, Testing and Production Systems, and assigning respective accesses, when clearly defined.
3. Creating new, approved Internet Accounts
4. Creating new, approved, VPN and IPass Accounts
5. Maintaining User Licensing information in all SAP Production Systems, by user at time of user creation
6. Creating and maintaining/changing, on request, all User Defaults in SAP Systems
7. Performing all unlock and password change requests on all systems (until self-serve software is in service)
8. Resolving all first level Security Support issues for users
9. Receiving, prioritizing, and assigning second and third level Security Support issues to second and third level Security partners
10. Receiving Termination notifications performing required Security Action in all required systems
11. Receiving Transfer notifications and performing required Security Action in all required systems
12. Performing all Audit related controls as related to User creation, termination, and transfer
13. Storing and maintaining all documentation as related to User creation, termination and transfer
Required Skills:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
"? Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
"? 1-2 years of general office experience required
"? Any NT or SAP Security skills a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Two years of college, or vocational, or technical school training resulting in an Associates degree or equivalent.
