Seeking Independant Admin. Assistant (Yonkers, NY)

Position: Administrative Assistant needed ASAP (temp-to-hire/ Yonkers, NY)

Salary: $35,000-42000 annually

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m./ Monday-Friday

 

This is position is with a large commercial leasing company who is seeking an energetic motivated experienced Administrative Assistant.  This position offers a lot of room for career growth and great benefits upon hire!

 

Qualifications:  Seeking somone who's been in an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager role for at least 3 to 4 years!Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Prior experience working for a property leasing company/ commercial leasing company is a PLUS!  This position requires someone who can work independantly, who is confident in his/her ability to manage a small office, and who is very outgoing and who is very good with time management.

 

General daily duties include, but aren't limited to: answering phones, faxing, filing, e-mailing, scanning/ copying, drafting correspondence to leasing customers, accepting lease payments, assisting customers with maintenance issues, informing customers of services/ space price quotes, and taking care of the mail.
