Budget Self-Storage, Sterling, VA is looking for an Assistant Property Manager.

Duties:

*Assist customers with storage, truck rental, retail storage needs and moving supplies

*Leases new storage space by providing customers with space availability, rental regulations and rates

*Assist customers with completion of rental application

*Maintains storage facility by cleaning grounds;maintaining premises in an orderly condition at all times

*maintains storage / moving retail inventory; inventories stock; places new orders

Skills/Qualifications:

*Candidate must possess strong Customer Service & Telephone Skills

*Must be computer proficient

*Previous Self-Storage management or experience desired
