Senior Administrative Assistants

We are currently seeking experienced administrative professionals to join our team.  Positions involve providing high-level administrative support for a senior manager and a full range of staff support services for a division.  The successful candidates will ensure efficient office operation; perform word processing and desktop publishing; compose, review and edit documents; respond to inquiries from internal and external customers; manage and coordinate projects/programs; plan /coordinate meetings; maintain confidential and specialized files, records and reports; and ensure effective calendar management.

 

High school diploma with four to five years of administrative experience required.  Bachelor?s degree preferred.  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.  Real estate and/or banking experience is a plus.
