Senior Associate Campus Development Management

Responsibilities:

?The Campus Development Manager is aligned with one or more KPMG ?Premier Schools?, which are the schools where KPMG will get the best results, both quality and quantity of students, and maximize the use of our campus recruiting resources
?Responsible for enhancing brand management on campus
?Responsible for on-campus events, including success dinners, presentations and ?Meet the Firms?, as well as, working with student organizations for the practices hiring from school (i.e., Beta Alpha Psi, MIS Club, etc.)
?Attend campus events and help ensure representation of other firm members
?Pre-identify candidates for upcoming recruiting events
?Evaluate school resources to achieve goals
?Pre-screen resumes, as appropriate
?Facilitate and track referrals
?Maintain contact with candidates
?Drive school matching gift campaign and other KPMG Foundation initiatives
?Develop school plan and statement of commitment for school
?Manage the KPMG school team by helping to ensure that the right people are going to campus
?Maintain and manage relationships with key faculty and administrators
?Attend regional and national meetings, as appropriate
?Become ?The? KPMG representative known on campus - the point person for students, faculty, career centers, administrators and others on-campus

Qualifications:

?Attention to detail
?Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment
?Strong interpersonal skills
?Positive attitude and excellent time management
?Ability to manage and lead school teams of partners, managers and staff, with varying levels of experience in campus recruiting
?Able to present school recruiting program and results to area leadership, as appropriate
?Accountable for being the school contact for national and area initiatives
?Poise and maturity to be the KPMG representative on campus to students, faculty and school administration
?Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance KPMG branding on campus
?Confidence to make difficult hiring and internal management decisions
?Financial budget and reporting experience
