Senior Management Committee Admin Assistant

The incumbent is responsible for performing a full range of diversified secretarial and administrative functions of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the department head or direct report to the Vice Chairman or Chief Executive Officer.  S/He routinely exercises a great deal of latitude in independent judgment when supporting department manager or direct report to Vice Chairman. 

 

The qualified candidate will have 8 + years of significant secretarial experience. S/He should be familiar with MS Office.  S/He should have good math skills, excellent oral/written communication skills, as well as organizational/interpersonal skills.
