Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management

Job Description: Responsible for developing CRM strategy and analytical initiatives for key retail partners. Develop strong working relationships with cross functional - account team, marketing team and merchant marketing team to implement growth solutions. Develop strong understanding of private label credit business. Responsible for managing, training and developing assigned analysts. Lead CRM industry team working with business partners to develop segmentation strategies, program goals, and insights for each program. Drive understanding of performance, campaigns results and make recommendations for future programs. Drive implementation of key initiatives and support allocation of resources to drive new key programs. Help develop and lead new analytical marketing applications in the areas of customer understanding (e.g., geo-coding analysis, cross-product purchase analysis, customer segmentation), targeting new customers, enhancing value of existing customers and increasing merchant’s promotion effectiveness.

Job Experience:

College degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or other related quantitative fields, Master’s degree is preferred

Five years of experience in marketing, analytic marketing, direct marketing, loyalty marketing or retail marketing

Experience managing and developing people, including setting goals and priorities, identifying and addressing development areas, and writing and administering reviews

Marketing Experience

Experience in CRM principles such as segmentation, customer loyalty programs, email and direct mail campaigns and data mining including predictive modeling, and statistical analysis

Experience in data analysis techniques such as Choice Models, Neural Networks, CART, CHAID, Discriminate Analysis, Factor Analysis, etc., is a plus.

Experience with survey data analysis is a plus.

High-level understanding of SAS and SQL is required. Strong PC skills and relational database experiences a plus. Experience with IBM mainframes, handling very large databases is desired

Superior analytical, problem solving and consulting skills are a must
