Senior Office Services Representative/Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Senior Office Services Representative/Receptionist to join us in our San Diego office.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks including two or more of the following; mail, facilities, purchasing, hoteling services, and other general office services responsibilities
- General office experience including; filing, faxing, photocopying, answering phones, and composing e-mail correspondence
- Other job-related tasks/duties as assigned


Qualifications:

- Two years of previous experience in a professional business setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer services skills, be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills and flexibility in regards to changing work assignments
- Effective time and task management skills and be a team player with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Ability to lift boxes up to 30 pounds
