Senior Proposal Specialist

We are seeking an intelligent, flexible and resourceful individual to be responsible for the coordination and organization of Earth Techs proposals to various U.S. Government Agencies. Based out of our Richmond, VA office, you will coordinate with technical, management, and production personnel to strategise, research, write, and produce proposals, presentations, SF330s, and other new business support material.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate and participate in proposal development efforts
Ensure solid proposal strategy development and RFP compliance
Develop methods and strategies for improving the presentation of business support materials
Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, storyboards and other documentation associated with proposal development
Perform edits for proposals and coordinate formatting and delivery of products
Guide technical staff through the proposal development process


Requirements:

Requirements:

BA/BS degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, English or Journalism
6-8 years experience in proposal management/writing preferably within the Federal Marketplace including SF 330s
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills, interpersonal and supervisory/leadership skills
Strong inner drive and winning attitude
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of desktop graphics software and page layout.
Must be analytical with attention to detail, able to multi-task and well organized
Up to 25% travel.
