Service Administrator

Qualifications

1)  3+ years of experience in back office administration

2)  Knowledge of SAP required

3)  High degree of skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

4)  Ability to communicate in Spanish

 

Responsibilities

1)  Support of the service team at site by adequate personnel planning, fast reaction to

  requests and transparent planning processes.

2)  Securing and retention of the Internal Cluster Service processes in order to achieve

  high customer satisfaction and an optimal cost-value ratio.

3)  Booking of all service activities in SAP (or existing system) according to the standardized

  processes and specifications.

4)  Invoice service activities to customers and suppliers.

5)  Secure controlling of customer activities and initiation of corresponding measures.

6)  Prepare all kinds of service related quotes to customers.

7)  Support Head of Service in preparing all different kinds of reports.

8)  Organizing of general office supplies.

9)  Travel arrangements for the Tech Dept.

10)Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail.

11)Keep work schedule up to date for the Tech Dept.

12)Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customer/internal meetings.
