Job Function:
?
Perform routine clerical tasks including messenger, copy, fax, file and binding.? Ability to interact with various levels of the organization in a professional, courteous and timely manner.? Liaison with other support organizations as required to serve SmartSpace clients and promote "one-stop shopping" concept.

Duties and Responsibilities:
?
Perform copy, fax, binding, mail and messenger support as required.
?
Maintain file tracker system by data entry, retrieving and routine maintenance.?
?
Support Facility Representative replenishing supplies, install nameplates, deliver files, etc.?
?
Order and inventory supplies.
?
Maintain an orderly
and professional environment
?
Coordinate forwarding of mail and other articles as required.
?
Liaison with other support groups to complete client tasks including IT, RPG, Service Coordinators, Core Services, etc.
to ensure seamless support.

High School Diploma with three years experience in a service environment
?
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
?
Flexibility for overtime.
