Service Clerk

 

Summary

 

Types all commercial lines and Healthcare Professional Liability policies, face sheets, endorsements and other documents from policy applications and other source material, and checks for accuracy and completeness; assemble all items to complete the policy transaction.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

Typing, checking, verifying accuracy and completeness of policies, assembling and preparing policy for mailing.

Maintain and order inventory of forms and endorsements.

Assemble and/or distribute workflow when received into the Team area.

Performs other functions as assigned.

 

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience and Special Skills Requirements

Applicants must have excellent PC skills including, Word and Excel programs.  Applicant must also be able to type 50 WPM and a typing test will be conducted.

 

Please note that this is a 1 year Contract position.
