Service Concierge

To equally distribute workload among service advisors while maximizing production level through scheduling appointments for clients for vehicle service or repairs.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set appointments for pick up and delivery.
Set loan car appointments and qualify clients for loan cars.
Run vehicle maintenance inspections daily for advisors.
Organize advisors work schedule.
Sell service options when making appointments
Collect history of vehicle maintenance and information.
Answer basic service questions.
Confirm travel arrangements with porters.
Call for roadside assistance or towing service.
Update client files on ADP system.
Fax service menus to clients.
Record customer complaints.
Manage service department mail.
Assist Service Manager and Service Director as directed. Required ExperienceEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
