Position: Service Coordinator

 

Responsibilities: 

?  Create Proposals, Estimates and Service Agreements for new and existing clients

?  Calculate and bid relocation?s

?  Schedule moves with Property Managers and Building Engineers

?  Complete/Submit paperwork to Property Managers

?  Create Work Orders, Purchase Orders and detailed Scope of Work for crew instruction

?  Debt collection on past due receivables

?  Clear client invoices

?  Update Forecast

?  Perform Job Audits

?  Support Account Managers in his/her Job

Qualifications include:

 

o Experience in transportation, logistics, commercial moving a plus

o Sales and sales support skills

o Strong computer skills in data entry, spread sheets and email

o Freight forwarding and warehousing documentation experience

o Ability to perform under pressure

o Reliable and energetic

o Experienced in internal and external customer service
